These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Storyteller Mari (the "App", "Service", "we", "us", "our"), a digital media and content-publishing studio operated by Luan Rodrigues, available at storyteller-mari.com or any subdomain (collectively, the "Site") and, for authenticated creators, through connected third-party platform integrations including TikTok and Pinterest.
By accessing or using the Site, by connecting a third-party account (such as TikTok or Pinterest) to the App, or by purchasing any digital product offered under the Storyteller Mari brand, you ("you", "customer", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App, the Site, or the products.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App or to connect a TikTok account to it (TikTok's own minimum age for account holders). If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf before any purchase. The TikTok and Pinterest integrations are meant for the authenticated adult creator/account holder to connect and manage their own social account — not for a minor to use unsupervised.
We sell digital printable products — coloring books, bedtime stories, learning printables, planners, and similar materials — designed for children and parenting use. Products are delivered as PDF or similar digital files by email after checkout, with a download link on the order confirmation page.

To use the App's TikTok or Pinterest publishing features, you authorize the App to access your account on that platform through that platform's own official OAuth consent screen. You are responsible for keeping your TikTok/Pinterest login credentials secure — the App never sees or stores your platform password. You may revoke the App's access at any time from that platform's own account security settings (see Section 9 for exact steps).
You are solely responsible for the content you choose to publish through the App to your own account, and for complying with that platform's content and community policies. We may suspend or discontinue a given platform integration at any time, including if that platform changes its API terms, revokes our access, or requires it of us.
All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. Applicable sales tax / VAT is added at checkout based on your billing country. By submitting payment you authorize Stripe and us to charge the listed amount.

The Storyteller Mari App uses TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API to let an authenticated creator connect their own TikTok account and publish their own original video to it. Where you interact with TikTok-connected features of the App, your use of TikTok itself is governed by TikTok's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are solely responsible for the content published through the App; TikTok is not responsible for the App, this Site, or these Terms, and does not endorse either. Authorization can be revoked at any time from within the TikTok app (Settings → Security → Apps and websites).
Where applicable to your use of features powered by the Pinterest API, you acknowledge that Pinterest is a third-party platform governed by its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We use the Pinterest API to schedule and publish our own pins and to measure the performance of our own content, in accordance with Pinterest's Developer Policy. Pinterest is not a party to these Terms, does not endorse the App, and is not responsible for the Site or the App. Any authorization we hold can be revoked at any time from Pinterest's own account settings.
All content on the Site and in the products — characters (including Mari and Lumi), stories, illustrations, audio, page layouts, and code — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Except for the license granted in Section 4, no rights are transferred to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App — including any connected TikTok or Pinterest integration — at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or at the request of a connected platform. You may stop using the App and disconnect any connected account at any time (Section 5). Sections 10 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Indemnification), 13 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 14 (Limitation of Liability), and 16 (Governing Law) survive termination.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Storyteller Mari, its operator, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the App, or content you choose to publish through the App to a connected platform.
The Site, the App, and the products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Educational products are supplemental materials; we do not guarantee any specific learning outcome. We do not guarantee the availability, uptime, or continued API access of any connected third-party platform (including TikTok or Pinterest), which is outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site or the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
If you believe content on the Site or published through the App infringes your copyright, email support@storyteller-mari.com with: (a) a description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, (b) the location of the allegedly infringing material, (c) your contact information, and (d) a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, made under penalty of perjury. We investigate and remove infringing material we control promptly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers retain any mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@storyteller-mari.com so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and the App. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including an outage or policy change of a connected third-party platform such as TikTok or Pinterest.
We may update these Terms as the App, the products, or the law change. The "Effective date" above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page and apply prospectively.
